About me

I’m based in the Philippines and I have more than 20 years experience in the field of Organization and Talent Development. Most recently, I have been doing work helping organizations on their Digital Transformation.

I have worked with over 80 organizations and assisted more than 12,000 individuals through capacity building or technical assistance, and ranging from individual, team to organization-wide project engagements.

I have experience in both the private and public sectors, working across industries such as the academe, national and local government, manufacturing, property development, shipping, business process outsourcing, and IT.
